On The Trail
Citizen Kate discovers more unity than segregation at the Democratic National Convention after watching Hillary Clinton speak and cast her deciding vote.
I can’t believe it! Hillary Clinton did it. Despite the media buzz of protests and PUMA (Party Unity My Ass), Hillary united the Democratic party and cast her historic vote to officially elect Barack Obama.
On the 88th anniversary of Women’s Suffrage (yeah! We can vote.), Hillary gave a moving and unexpectedly emotional speech about party unity and ladies.
The following day, she continued on to support that statement and cast the votes of New York to seal the deal for Barack’s historic nomination. Wow. That’s a lot of history in the making.
Note to self: We have to hug it out and come together.
