Citizen Kate takes action and catches up with Senator Joe Biden, who Barack selected as his official running mate, for an exclusive 2-minute interview, and 6-minute life changing experience.

I had the opportunity to chat with Joe Biden in Iowa during the primaries. I thought he was a real straight shooter. And was disappointed when he dropped out of the race so quickly after Iowa. Before I had the chance to edit and post this video.

In fact, I was surprised by how many good candidates called it quits after one round of caucusing. Well, now Joe’s back in the game. And I’m not surprised that Barack picked him as his running mate. Although, I was hoping for the -- Obama & Kate in 2008 ticket. It rhymes!

Joe took time the night that I ran into him at Grinnell College to really answer everyone’s questions. He stayed for hours having one-on-one talks. I spent some time with his sister, Valerie, who has fabulous fashion sense, and learned from his proud sister more about the wonderful things Joe has done in his lifetime.

I even received a wonderful greeting the next day from Joe and Valerie, when I was in the Green Room at the NPR debate -- where I was famously kicked out for having Gravel Staff Credentials (Watch Kickin It Gravel Style). He’s not just your average Joe. He listens and remembers you.

Note to self: If you want to be VP, you need to stay up late to answer everyone’s questions.
